Coles Sewing Centre Coronavirus Update
Following the announcement that England will move into Step 4 of the Governments roadmap on Monday 19th July, we would like to reassure you that safety of our staff and customers will remain our priority.
To maintain a safe working environment for our staff and a safe shopping experience for our customers we will be keeping our current guidelines in place. These will be reviewed and changes made as and when we feel it is safe to do so.
We ask that you wear a mask when entering the shop and respect our staff and customers by keeping your distance. There are hand sanitising stations around the store and we would ask that you sanitise your hands before handling stock or fabrics.
The entrance in is the door in Lennox Street (opposite Nonsuch Studios), bell push to the right, and the exit is the main entrance fronting Lower Parliament Street.
For click and collect and for dropping off/collection of sewing machines for repair and servicing, please call us (0115 9881550/1) or email us (firstname.lastname@example.org), as we need to create the paperwork ready for the drop off.
Demonstrations on new sewing machines and overlockers can be carried out in store but if you prefer we can organise a virtual demonstration for you from the comfort of your own home. Please call us or email email@example.com to book a slot.
Our webshop is fully operational and we are shipping most days.
You can place your order over the phone (you may find them engaged!), we will prepare it ready for you to collect from our side door on Lennox Street.
Our service centre is open for sewing machine and overlocker servicing and repairs, drop off and collection by appointment, please contact us to book a drop off slot or we can arrange free collection and delivery in the Nottingham area. Alternatively for those outside of Nottingham we can arrange a courier collection.
