About the class
During this class you will explore the styles, functions, and features of the PhotoStitch software module, enabling you to turn photos into stitches. Bring along a small selection of digital photos of family members, holiday pictures, pets, or even close ups of flowers. Under Anna’s guidance you will work on a sample image, before moving onto your own photo. Unfortunately, due to time constraints there won’t be an opportunity to stitch out the designs during the class, but Anna will pass on hints and tips to ensure you get successful results when you get home!

Course requirements
• Laptop with software already installed and power cable
• A range of digital photos - please bring more than one of a variety of different styles from family members, landscapes, holiday pictures, landmarks, buildings, pets, flowers, wildlife, sunsets. These can be colour or black and white images
• Notebook and pen

About the tutor – Anna Mather
Anna is Coles’ embroidery software specialist, with particular expertise in mySewnet. She is a keen quilter and embroiderer and enjoys sharing her knowledge, particularly of embroidery software. She loves to explore the limits of what the software can do and encourages her students to do the same.
